A gentleman I know was hunting with another man and his 15 year old daughter this weekend. They all hunted in separate blinds. When my friend and the father went to pick up the daughter from her blind they found her deceased from an accidental self inflicted gunshot.
These men are avid hunters and the dad had worked with his daughter for years to prepare her for sitting alone.
I can’t imagine the families pain and my friend is devastated by the experience to say the least.
