This one inspired me today, thanks Chew. Brookshires doesn’t carry the pre made sauce but they do sell a Louisiana dry seasoning. I doubled the recipe on that bag and sautéed an onion and garlic in the butter it called for. Added frozen shrimp and a packages of Holmes andouille sausage. It’s a real good low carb dish also. Topped off with chupa Cajun season parsley and salt. I did boil in the bag rice for the boys. Fed four with lunch leftovers.

Y'all make sure you look around the produce, seafood, bakery areas. It's not on the shelf near the other cajun stuff in the three HEBs I've bought it from.
