Value Question: Rem 700 Action

Need idea of fair market value on a Rem 700 blued Short Action with factory barrel. Had this in the safe for over 12 years since I bought off another TBHr.

1980 model & flawless. 243 w/o trigger. Barrel is 21 1/8".

I'm guessing $350-$375 .... if you had a trigger and bottom metal, it would increase the price closer to $475

the era and condition will help it sell. It could bring more money just depending on what someone is willing to pay for a clean 700 BA
