Being close to the border, jalapeño corn or prickly pear corn is what I like to use.

Indian corn is the best! Works every time

I just came from Kinney county north of Bracketville. The drought is so bad the only thing the whitetail were afraid of was the pigs. Had 15 wt eat about 15 pounds of corn I poured out of a sack in about 45 minutes. Walked within 15-20 yards of several wt does. If the drought is as bad near Uvalde, use corn and get ready to shoot!

Corn. If Axis are around and you can hunt them then put out a bail of alfalfa

Thanks guys... I have a large feed mill near the house and they have several “flavors”...at the lease in Mills Co., peanut flavored is the best along with adding Acorn Rage to plain corn. They also have apple and persimmon flavored as well.

                          It’s an old inside joke.

I’ve tried apple corn and it smells good to me but I am not convinced it makes a difference. I think corn is corn.
