To watch once through I'd pick The Goldbergs. To watch over and over it would be The Middle.

I've got dish (or direct TV I forget) but haven't heard of either series as well. I might just check it out and see which one I like better.

If you grew up in the 80's you really need to watch the Goldbergs. Every show is a flashback to the good old days.
