      Hit one like that today...got 1 lung and top of heart. Deer still traveled almost 200 yards. 3 blade muzzy

          Too far back and low for a deer quartered to you....Behind the heart and at that angle down in front of the paunch....imo Maybe maybe clipped the bottom of the liver.


          Shot a deer there two years ago. Had to shoot him again before he left the pen. He just stood there at 35 yards like WTH was that. Very little blood. I'm not a fan of the area behind the heart and in front of the paunch.

                              Looks like liver at best to me. Maybe could have clipped a lung if lucky. About 10-12" back from the main goodies. I hope you find him!!
