Ever had to take a personality test for a job?

    Yep. I had to take one in 2009 and was declined based on it. Since then I’ve generated 20mm+ in revenue for the company that didn’t base their decisions on that test.

            I took one for a job that offered me $21 bucks an hour with no overtime pay.
            Made you take comp time.

                                True but the majority of those who served learned discipline, drive and commitment. They tend to come to work every day no matter what. Are dependable and work hard. Granted, not all but most. The odds of getting a good hand from the military are better than the civilian world.
