What is this?
My mom went through some of dad's tools and will be selling a lot of it but we have no idea what this is.
We know it is some sort of clamp. It spins at the seam below the tag and it actually separates there. The part on the left side reminds me of a vice / bench clamp. The whole thing will fit in my two hands, so it isn't really all that big.
