On a M1895 it sure does. But that's the only revolver that shifts the cylinder forward to close the gap before firing. Sounds like a peashooter.

I would assume you can probably get a stock for it, as long as that does not upset the ATF. I know back in the late 1800s, Colt or some other company made some long barrel revolvers and had stocks you could attach to them. Never really seemed practical to me.
