Not surprising, very few politically charged investigations move forward this close to the election. Simple reason is that IF Biden win, every U.S. Attorney will submit resignation s and be replaced with another political appointee. No one left to prosecute the case due to "change of resources and priorties".

Been there done that, too many times to have any semblance of expectation this moves forward. There are two high profile big pharma cases that should have gone to GJ late spring, but are pending for similar reasons .
