When we bought the property several years back there was a small shed with a porch on it. Made alotta side money out of it but the time was right to pour some concrete last year....
After it sat for a year(made for a bad a bicyclingspot for the little one) the money got right to start gathering up materials to start hanging steel.
Most of the columns came from a friend of mine at no cost, sure made it easier to get started!
Got the trusses built and hung. My father in law helped me half a day get them on the top of the columns. The wind was awful that day.
Picked up 45 sticks of 6” c purlin and got busy with it....
Got the purlin hung and all the metal touched up with paint. Going to have to temporarily frame in the rollup door bay because we can’t swing it right now.
Was able to get the sheet metal ordered before prices increased. Thankful to have the want to just a little short on the funds for the rollup door so you can see the temporary purlin in place.
Ordered the gutters and down spouts for it and picked up 8” purlin for the other side(the old shed and porch will be torn down and replaced with new)
4070 walk thru door going in shortly.
