It's Official...I'm shooting overkill arrows again

I was able to tune by bow and arrows to shoot on my E35 from the bow I was using last year. Eastom FMJ's 300spine 29 3/4" from the throat of the nock. Original Double Take Archery Nockturnals (not the Rage one's) and 1 7/8" cut German Kinetics that weigh 185gr with a finished arrow weighing 600gr. Its like shooting hatchets at the critters but they go down QUICK. Nothing like overkill but I like it...blows through anything and quiet to boot. That is all.....

I'm ready to take something down!!!! Need some deer boudain

An Elite and FMJ's is a killer combo and awful hard to beat. Those are some cool sticks.

OP, science is with you on your choice. Read some of Dr. Ed Ashby's research. Seems like overkill for deer, but can't hurt if they move and you hit shoulder or rib first.

Holy cow. Just aim for the neck and cut the head off! Ever tried them against a pig?
