Who owns/operates nursing homes/skilled nursing facilities?

I seem to remember that someone on here owns or manages nursing homes. Anybody remember who? I have some questions about building costs, land needed and effects on neighboring homes values, siren noise, etc. I would like to talk by phone, so message me for my phone number.

Does anybody else have any factual information about their building costs? How many square feet in a skilled nursing facility that purportedly will cost $12 million to build? How much land is needed for one that size?
