Add bell pepper and onion . Can of whole tomatoes smashed. Salt pepper and pretty good bit of garlic powder. Dash of cayenne pepper. Little water or chicken stock. Let simmer down and thicken up.

Serve over egg noodles with cheddar cheese across top.

    Few dashes of Louisiana
    Easy and delicious.

OK, now that’s cool. I may try that one here pretty quick soon as I find those egg noodles.

              Hamburger recipes?

This makes 2 9”X9” foil pans worth. We eat one, and freeze t’other for later. My son and I love it. Drench it in Franks Red Hot before eating.

We do hamburger steaks in gravy a lot too. Instant brown gravy works fine, dump in a small can of mushrooms, and a can of sliced new taters when in a rush.

If there’s time...fresh onions chopped in, fresh shrooms, scratch gravy, and mashed taters.

I don't know what you call this but it's great with cornbread, rice, or fritos.

                  1 lb burger
                  1 can rotel
                  1 can ranch style beans
                  1 can corn
                  1 can hominy

Brown meat with a packet of taco seasoning. Add a packet of ranch seasoning.
mix all other ingredients and let simmer or throw in a crock pot for a few hours.
Easiest thing in the world and always a hit at deer camp.

                    Slack Ranch Beans

                    1 lb of burger
1 lb of smoked sausage slice
Big can ranch style beans with jalapeños

Put it all in the crock pot on low all day, or on high for 1/2 day. Put it on open faced biscuits.

                    Open a window.

Pretty good n easy recipe for meatloaf on the back of Lea & Perrins Worwhateverthehellitishire sauce. I'll add a lil bit to flavor it up a bit. Hard to mess it up tho. Good luck!
