Young'un and I drew Hagerman next March. It'll be a good scouting trip for next fall. Question is, do we take shotguns, muzzleloader, or archery equipment? I have my dad's old muzzleloader but if the terrain is conducive to stalking I'd rather take the bow. Since you can't bait would sitting a trail even be productive? I know there are a ton of hogs and they don't get much pressure, I'm just not sure that trail sitting would be the best use of time.

Looks like they took slugs out of the shotgun part (according to TP&W). I was thinking about putting in for it till I saw that part.
There are tons of hogs there in some units. Of all the times I've been scouting there, and helping other TBHers scout there, there have only been two times that I did not see hogs. -
