Im looking for some LIGHT weight hunting pants. Something breathable and durable.
What does the green screen Reccomend ?

I’ve switched to wearing the carhart cargo work pants- non denim.
They are either green , khaki or brown- so not camo- but I’m ok with that.
They are lightweight but durable.

I wear the carhartt rugged flex rigby pant. I buy the factory 2nds with minor blemishes on the Dungaree site and wear them at work (power plant) and hunting. They are bomb proof and great in the warmer seasons. $27 ain't bad either.

I bought some of these they sell them at Walmart. They are the most comfortable pants I have. Super light weight great for the heat

I've worn the academy fishing pants that zip off in to shorts. They are OD green and grey/khaki in colors...they work great and are not expensive.

I have a very fine mesh pant used for coverup concealment and just wear shorts under if I don't have to worry about chiggers. Otherwise, I have a pair of Columbia soft stretch type pant and a similar North Face mountain paint that is a synthetic.

Bushlan makes a lightweight mesh suit for $50 that includes pants, jacket, gloves, mask. I have wore this for years when it’s hot.

Go to TSC - Schmidt work pants. Deep Pockets nothing falls out , cut off the hammer loop, tough as blue jeans, flexible enough to run in. 25.00 Dark Green, dark and light brown.

I don't wear jeans anymore as they are just too heavy and hot.
What I like about these is they have a pocket on the side just below the regular pocket that my folding knife fits perfectly into.
You don't even know it's there, but always within easy reach.

I have six pairs of these. Keep three pairs at the ranch and three at the house. Great pants and cheap.

Do you know where those are made? A lot of Carhartt's stuff is made in the US but not all. I'm apt to support American business.

Duluth Flexpeditions are right up there with Kuiu's. I gave all my blue jeans away after buying these.

Kryptek Alaios are comfortable, but the knees can get warm due to the extra layer for the knee pad pockets. Their Valhalla pants would be lighter. A cheaper option would be Eddie Bauer guide pants that are light and stretchy.

I just wear shorts crocs and a leafy mesh over them. alls good. Just don't walking thru brush with a leafy suit. If you do, there won't be any more leafy's.

I like the various 5.11 options in green or khaki depending on how and where I'm hunting. If you want lightweight though Kuiu has some great options. I'm a huge Sitka fan but Kuiu IMO is better for lightweight considerations on most of their gear.
