                I caught one similar to the one in the pic a few years ago. The meat is textured like chicken. We cooked a pile of it one night with all my little cousins around. We told them it was chicken strips and they loved it. I thought it was pretty good myself. Stringy meat, not flaky like fish. The barb off mine looks just like yours OP.

                  The ones I've eaten were very similar in texture to fish, maybe a bit more firm. They taste good.

                        Yea, reminded me of chic fila waffle fries in look. But was good browned in olive oil and a little batter
