    Anyone do back decompression?

I fractured several vert about 12 years ago when i got rear ended by a truck and trailer. I’ve been blessed to not have any major issues but here in past year or so I’m getting ton of just steady tightness. Does anyone do decompression if so what equipment do you use, and do you get good relief from it?

    Thanks Corey

Why don’t you invest in a inversion table?

I have done it a couple of times, and it seemed to help some.

As Mayhem suggested, I got an inversion table, and when I start to feel my (lower) back beginning to go out, I do the inversion table, and it really helps stall off major problems and keeps me from having to go to the chiro.

I have an inversion table. Hasn’t done much for the wife and me but we should probably use it more.

A surgeon that I saw for my hip told me that I should be doing inversion table for my back (L5 ). I haven't started yet but plan on investing in an inversion table.

I got an inversion table I’d be willing to sell. It collects dust right now.

                  $75

This here. Have had two back surgeries and this definitely helps.

This. And if you get the doc to write a prescription then insurance can pay for it

Warning on the chiropractic decompression option, I ended up with 3 herniated discs. Been dealing with constant issues for years since then. Worst decision I ever made. Inversion table helped me at times, I would just recommend easing into it.
