Me and some buddies went down to Venice to do a little fishing and it was awesome! Friday we went out to catch some yellow fin and Saturday and Sunday we got on some trout and reds. Here are a few pics...

We went out with Blind Faith Outfitters for the tuna trip... We trailered two bay boats from Katy to do all the trout and red fishing. Locals thought we were out of our mind for wade fishing the island all trout and red fish caught on artificial bait

The man in the grey suit! One buddy had his fish basket hit by a shark twice and lost about half his catch. Lots of sharks out, locals fish out of the boat.

How far was the run to the islands? I've thought about trailering over there before. What size boats do y'all run? Have any of your group been out there to fish the islands before?
