    Big backyard bobcat

Got a call from my wife at lunch and said this dude was 10ft from the back porch prowling the backyard. He saw my wife and 2 boys through the back sliding door and couldn’t care less. It wasn’t until our lab started barking at him that he decided it was time to slowly walk off. Shout out to my wife for doing the proper first step and take pics. She knows if no pics it didn’t happen.

We have 3 outside cats...it used to be 5. And our lab roams the 10 acres. What say ye’ green screen? Is it just me or is this dude a beast?

Also, I’m currently gearing up to go have a quick sit to see if I can call him in with my new predator call. Any advice fellas??

Looks like a pretty nice size cat to me. I'm sure he's the reason you no longer have 5 cats. Good luck with the sit tonight

Use high pitched busy sounds and I like to wait at least 30 minutes when calling for bobcats. They come in slow sometimes. It may also take 30 seconds.....you just never know.

Looks like a pretty good sized cat to me. Good luck.

Why shoot him. He's solved 2 of your 5 problems.

Yea use a bird sound like the woodpecker, this has always worked best for me with bobcats.

We have a ton of woodpeckers out here. Will start with that.

                            He's a chooter for sure.

I agree with above lots of patience and trying a few different sounds like birds.
