Buy a vacuum sealer. Cook full size entrees and seal and freeze your leftovers. Food tastes fresh for a long time preserved that way.

When I was just cooking for me, I'd fire up that grill on Sunday afternoon and cook a week's worth of meat. Vacuum seal and freeze what's left.

In no time you will have good food that can be ready to eat in minutes. You're welcome

When I was single I ate Steamfresh veggies and meals. Grilled on occasion but mainly the steamfresh. Easy cooking in the microwave and with paper plates/bowls it was easy cleanup. My wife laughed the first time she saw my fridge and freezer. Beer in the fridge with steamfresh and deer meat in the freezer was all...

Instant Pot is your friend! Make batches and enjoy the leftovers.

A nice thick ribeye makes for a heck of a solo meal as well

Deer spaghetti with Prego-good for several meals with salad and garlic bread. Also, get two thick T bone pork chops, put at bottom of large covered saucepan, season, then dump a large jar of canned sauerkraut on top, and cook on low heat for four hours. Add baked potato or mashed potatoes. Makes two meals.

Put 2-3 inches water in a pot, add cut up new potatoes, carrots, and any link sausage. Lid it and steam cook till veggies are done. If you have time you gotta have corn bread goin on the side.
