    Don't mix it with beef. When I have axis ground into burger, I have them grind 10% bacon into it. AWESOME. Way better than beef tallow, and axis meat is better than beef. It doesn't need bacon to taste good, but the fat helps the burger be juicy. And bacon is just awesome.

    It makes great meatloaf, stuffed peppers, burgers, or whatever else you want to make with ground meat. 10% bacon is plenty, IMO.

        I have brisket mixed with the axis burger meat and it is awesome. My processor also makes smoked sausage rings and summer sausage out of my axis. It's primo meat!

          if i mix anything with my axis burger its usually some pork fat for hamburgers. we almost never eat beef at home anymore, we use axis or wt for everything
