Default Big Buck on cam!

This is from one of my Spartan GoCams in the last couple days, just not one from a place where I hunt. This is one heckuva free range central Texas buck!

What do you think this buck would score?

You could have deer like that all over the hill country if folks would quit killing 4.5 year old's and younger. I have seen some free range bruisers like that in the hill country where they were left reach 6.5 to 7.5. That is a beast of a deer though. Of course the protein helps.

Roscoe, that's a beauty right there. He's got everything he needs to score very high. His g-points are long, as are his main beams. He will have great mass too when the velvet sheds with the bladed/palmated main beams. He's a main frame 12 with some extra stuff going on that I think will give him a high 70's to 80's score. AND he's mature, maybe even post mature and a shooter in my book for sure!!
Good luck getting lined up on him! Looking forward to LDP's come Fall!

Assuming that deer weighs over 200 lbs, he scores:

A LOT

I think all post so far are well short. I am judging using body size of bucks here in La.

Really, Really good Central Texas low fence buck. I am going to guess that he grosses in the 170's but he sure has a lot of trash. Mid to high 170's but sometimes the velvet fools me….
GREAT BUCK no matter what he scores!!!! Who cares????
