I had one for my iPhone but once the new software came out it stopped working. I wouldn’t buy another for that reason. I bought a usb SD card thumb drive for my mini laptop.

Amazon has their Fire tablets on sale. I think they are 40 or 50 dollars depending on which size. Iím looking at the 8Ē screen.

They donít appear to have an SD card slot but I think they have USB adapters where you can still read them which I already have.

Iíve used the boneview before and didnít like it. It would drain my phone battery and the app would constantly freeze up. Iím just donít think the phones are made for looking at thousands of pictures.

I guess now I need to search for cheap tablets that have SD Card slots... not a bad idea, a little bigger than I care to carry in my backpack though!
Anyone know what cheap tablets have SD Card slots for sure?

Yes it does seem to freeze up some if you have a lot of pictures. But if your just looking at a 100 are so pictures then it works great . And it does the same thing on a iPad .

The Stealth Cam card reader works great. You can save the pics you want to your phone and delete the rest. It does drain your battery pretty quick tho.

Default SD Card Reader/Adapter

I just placed an order for this. For $70 I got the tablet, case and glass screen protector. I plan on using a USB SD card reader that I already have. Plus it can use it for much more than just looking at cards. I figured this was worth the investment.

Edit. Thereís one with a 7Ē screen for less.

I had a Boneview and it quit working in a few months. I have a I-easy drive now and it’s been flawless. My TC is out all year and I check it every month or so, I can go through 2000 pics quickly
on my IPad.
I use it on my iPhone to check for my chicken yard critters, quick and easy to view, save and delete.

This is exactly the rout I'm going, a little bigger than I care to carry in my backpack though!

I also may buy a Digital Camera (which I've been wanting for a few months) a little more expensive but smaller and easier to carry and definitely more useful to me.

I have this one from Amazon, for my Android phone. Has several adapters on it, just plug the SD card into it then into the phone jack. has worked well for me.

I haven't found a reader that lets me delete pics from an SD card, I can only import to phone then delete pics I don't want. I have to format the card from the trail cam to delete pics.

Buy the Apple SD card reader and can download them to phone then delete. So much better than the knock off SD readers.

I'm going to buy a cheap digital camera. It's made to read SD Cards fast, I can delete pictures with ease and it's small enough to throw into my backpack.

I picked up the Fire HD tablet
The adapter thingy only shows pictures on my phone. I have cameras on video. I will test it this weekend.

You need the adapter to fit in the tablet Port to play the SD card.

I went to a local pawn shop and picked up a laptop for $50. I have a sub card reader and can delete the files from the folder. It’s probably a little to much to carry to the stand but a nice sized screen to view pics on at camp.

I got a Stealth Cam card reader for last Christmas. It works fine and you can delete pics in the field. It will go through batteries if you have lots of pics or multiple cameras.

I just gone one of these a couple weeks ago. It works well and I was surprised that is has a touch screen that you can zoom like on your phone. I'm happy with it so far. Seems sturdy too.

iBrary

But you have to buy a new stealth cam reader. The old one wonít work. I was told you can sent it to them and they will replace it but i have called and emailed asking about and got no response from email and hours of elevator music on the phone.
