Central Texas hunting ranch recommendations?

I have decided that if I want a wall hanger I am going to have to pay for a hunting trip to get one. Looking for a trip that has the possibility for a nice black buck, axis, or 140+ class whitetail within 2 or 3 hours of Austin. Looking for recommendations for a well run ranch for a 3 or 4 day trip. No day leases, please.
