Corpus eats?

I live here & says there isn’t that many good eats. Laguna Reef if it’s opened yet. I would go to Kings Inn in Riviera,Texas for seafood. Water street is ok, but over priced. Port Aransas has the only La Playa if would eat at, cash only, no cards. The Old Steakhouse off Alameda is good. After that it’s all the same.

Oh, taqueria after taqueria after taqueria on every corner. Beware the usually get low scores by food inspectors. It’s a gamble.

The new Bluff Landing is okay. They went for a more upscale ambiance and what comes with that? An expensive menu. The owners of the restaurant also own the marina--really the whole complex. And they now charge $20 to launch at their ramp.

Surfside sandwich shop! It is our favorite place down there and use to eat it weekly when we lived there. Now we eat it every time we are down. CANNOT beat it, get the crab cake sandwich if that’s your thing. Really good, it’s on the island.

Italian - Marco's Lunch Club, Italia Cafe
