Euro Skull Mount

I'm looking for some in the Houston (preferable north Houston) area that does Euro Skull mounts. I only need the boil and bleach and NOT the plaque. I've used Skeeter from TBH for years but assume he is no longer doing these. Anyone know someone who does this in the area?
