        Love my weber. If you haven't looked into a Slow n Sear - you should. It empowers the grill to do so much more.

        I've got 2 racks of baby backs on right now using 3,2,1

            Got a Vortex in a few days ago. Used it for the first time for some chicken and poppers...ain’t mad about it at all!!! Don’t see me using the baskets that came with the Weber.
