Finally bought my new bow...

I had my eye on a mathews and my buddy has talked me out of it. He said his new Z7 gave him several problems so he switched to the hoyt vector 32 and is never looking back. I need to pick a nice site and stabilizer and have no idea what to lean towards...any suggestions?
