You can't even say that with straight face lmao

No way you can put whites even in the same sentence with crappie and flounder.

you must be missing your sense of taste👍

You can't put flounder with ANY freshwater fish in Texas.

And don't act like you ain't stacked whites before you became a Pac-Man live scoper

Sandies out of Mountain Creek Lake are the bestest.

I like carp and buffalo myself. There’s always more leftovers.

I think the Filet O' Fish is Gaspergoo or Shoe-pick at best.

Some of the things people decide not to like are pretty ridiculous. I’ve eaten a hell of a lot of sandbass, and there ain’t nothin wrong with them at all. Besides being a blast to catch.

You know, I’ve always wanted to know if “blackened” comes from scorching the fish or just a thick layer of seasoning? Never tried to blacken anything but this sounds good. I love tacos lol.

Both. Heavy Cajun seasoning and a red hot skillet
This is the one I've been using lately

I dont really blacken anything either but I may start. Glen made some with red snapper my last trip with him and it was fantastic! His was heavy seasoning and kind of a scorched black crust on it.
