    Double European Mount Ideas

Had an incredible opportunity to go shoot a couple of "culls" for a friend this past weekend at a ranch in north Texas this past weekend. My son and I killed two really unique bucks and would like to do some sort of european mount with both heads. His was a triple beam with a couple drops and mine was a wide buck with a big drop of one side. Need unique angles to see em good. I was thinking a piece of driftwood or something but wanted to see some of your ideas. Here are a couple close ups of the deer. Just don't think normal euro will allow you to see them well.

    Thanks

I built these for Jaspro's mule deer. Hard to see in the pic but it has two antler coathooks as well.

These are a few I’ve done.
Top one I just finished, it hangs on the wall.

I think I might have to redesign my euro layout.

                          Very nice bucks!

I made this out of an old cedar post. I’m probably going to make another one this summer. Easy and will fit 4-5 heads.

Is that just cemented in place at the base?

Yes. There’s a piece of plywood on bottom and I ran some long screws through it up into that old post, then poured a little quickcrete in there. Next one I’m going to take a little more time on the base. It’s plenty stable for the purpose, though!
