Good grief, that is a beauty.

I have many rifles but my #1 270 and M77 30-06 are my go to’s. Tack drivers all day everyday with shelf loads. Nothing but Leupold’s on top. I’ll never let mine go. And both are pushing 50 years old! Love my Ruger’s!

Had one but point of impact would randomly change.

Had a K1-B in 243 that didn’t shoot worth anything. But also had a K1-B in 300 win that was a great rifle.

I used to have a #1 Tropical in .375 H&H. Probably should have kept it. Lot of fun to shoot with 300gr bullets
I think a TBH member has it now.

                    What’s the going price for a no1?

I don't know about the new ones but every red pad No. 1 I have been around was very accurate. I always wanted a 220 Swift in No. 1V but have not found the one I like with the real pretty wood.

I personally have never had one but I know three guys that have gotten rid of the ones they had because of accuracy issues.

I ended up with a 270 today. Still have my heart set on a 308, maybe I’ll just have both before long.
