Quail Lease Priceing

We are looking at two ranches that have good quail hunting. What do people pay for Quail leased? Never leased a place for quail.

Same rates per acre as deer hunting typically. To maintain good habitat, the serious lessors will pitch in to control grazing.
Good quail leases cost as much or more than really good deer leases in the end.

Haven’t seen enough birds in years to even keep up with prices!
But if it’s close to Jarrell then let me know!
Good luck. I love hunting quail. I miss hunting them in west Texas. Used to be birds allllllll over out there.
