We have 30 targets on our place that get shot at constantly. We use the expandable foam to fill the holes, then trim the excess with a sharp knife. We use a horseshoe rasp to shape it to the target. We put a coat of elastimeric paint on as a primer coat then finish with spray paint. Some of our targets have been on the course for 4 years. That paint is expensive but keeps the targets alive a lot longer. We burn the scoring rings with a wood burning tool.
