    Dumpster Rental

Anyone in the North DFW ever rented a dumpster to do a cleanout?

    Who did you use?
    What did it run you?
How long did you have it?

Thanks for any info in advance.

We rented one several years ago when we sold our house in Arlington. Check with your city. As I recall there was an ordinance or something that limited the companies you can use within the city limits. I think Republic Services is who we used. I don’t recall the cost but did not have any issues.

I used R&R Dumpster rentals out of paradise but it was like 4 years ago. I want to say it was $250 for a 14 yard Dumpster but the did charge me an overweight fee of $250 on one because it rained so the materials absorbed the rain water and put the weight above x amount of pounds.

We use Scrap it for our Dumpster. Not the cheapest but great service.

I rent them all the time, not in DFW though. We have to us the city (which is serviced by Republic). Usually a couple of hundred bucks regardless of how long you have it. We flip houses so I finally just bought a dump trailer.

i was needing one around the Hico area a couple of weeks ago and got quotes. They were all north of $1000 for an 8-10 yard dumpster for general trash. i wound up renting a dump trailer for $100 and hauled 2 loads to the Hico dump at $40 a piece.

Generally, trash is a different ballgame because of the landfill requirements.

Construction debris is cheaper because it can go in a class IV landfill (I think that's the right one, guess it doesn't matter).
