It's always dicey quoting rates. Compliance guys want it done with 10 pages of fine print.

What bank are you using and did you buy down the rare at all?

I did not buy down the rate, my credit score is pretty good. My construction loan was with Pinnacle Bank and the use The Bank of Colorado for the closing loan.
