One question I have for new Bronco owners, *** is up with the fins on the hood? Are they tie down points or something? I saw one at Bucees the other day and that ruined the whole Bronco for me.

It is my understanding that yes, they are tie down points that can be used when carrying a canoe or kayak on the roof, or you can run a line from the tie down point to the roof to help move limbs out of the way when going off road.

On the OP I posted on TBH, I can see the photo that was on the BBQ page. It's a photo of a new Bronco on a dirt trail with big mudders and the front wheels pointing in opposite directions, Broken steering pieces!
