Ground Sausage Recipes

I shot a small (70-80 pounds) a while back and I have a little ground breakfast sausage left. Looking to see if there are any recipes from y'all for something other than breakfast burritos or just sausage patties. Really looking for something to do with it for a dinner idea not breakfast. Thanks in advance.

We make a sausage and rice casserole that rocks! I don't know the exact recipe off hand but it's got rice, sausage, cream of chicken, soup mix, bell peppers, and a few other items. It's awesome! Google it and find one that sounds good to you.

Biscuits and gravy are always a household fav.
