                I wouldn't lie to ya! Those things are awesome. I hope you made enough for leftovers the next few days. I think I put away 9 or 10 the last time she made them.

                      looks great. Tried eggrolls before. They just didn't turn out right. May have to try again.

                        I tried something a little different this time for the sake of time. I shaped them on Saturday, dusted all sides heavily with corn starch, and put them covered in the fridge (keeps them from sticking to the wax paper). Then I fried them yesterday before the game. They weren't as pretty or quite as crisp, but they were still mighty, mighty tasty! Next time I would just premix the filling but not roll until ready to fry.
