Wow!!

I need to practice shooting from a seated position!!! Ive had a tree picked out for my climber but didn’t account for wind, stupid me!! Pulled cards today, found the area I needed to me in. Problem is NO tree!! Found a rotten pine stump about 4’ tall & 2’ around. Cleaned everything away from it & cleared shooting lanes. Got home, grabbed my chair, sit down & drew back. Woah I can’t hold the bow still, 1st shot 5” right 6” low. 2nd shot 3” right 2” high!! I’ve got a week so I guess I’ll be doing a lot of shooting!!

Right?!? I spent last weekend doing the same thing. I was comfortable standing up to 50yards. Sat down... I wouldn’t feel comfortable at 30...

Guess the old saying “practice how you hunt” is true

Don't forget to bend at the waist rather than dropping your bow arm when shooting at a downward angle.
