Seems like it will be a mud pit if you don’t put something down.

Our lease is all sand, water filters through real easy. 2 inches of rain over the weekend and not muddy at all under that cover. First weekend I spent there it rained 5 inches over night, I drive out in 2wd no problem. It’s like being at the beach

Looks good, get some old carpet and put down with 60ds. Keeps the mud away.

Thanks Mikey! Always wanted to do this at the previous lease but never got moved to a permanent spot. With anthrax and the that it was time to move on. Wasn’t planning on ever moving but here we are! Couldn’t be happier though in the current situation!

You did a good job. The last one we built in south Texas we closed in the north, west and east walls and in two work days in the summer we took the west and east walls down as it was like an oven in there.

There were a few times during the winter we wished we had those walls back but one of our hunters was a cotton farmer and he had a lot of huge trailer tarps so we made it work.

You'll share so many stories and create a lot of memories there.

                    Good job.

Added some 2x4s on the perlins to keep fishing rods out of the way

Had some lease mates over for dinner! It’s turned into a great hang out spot and I couldn’t be happier.

It’ll be really nice for rainy college football saturdays!

That is just a cool place to hang out, and your buds are already putting it to good use. This nice project will be a popular place for sure. Nice job on the fishing rod storage too.
