                            The star was the worst part. The blue panel is 1/3 the width of the flag. The star is 3/4 the width of the blue panel. Draw a circle the width of the star, then draw a vertical and horizontal axis out from the center of the star. I then took a protractor and measured 72° five times around the circle. That will give you the 5 point locations. Takes lots of drawing and cussing! Use a pencil so you can erase when needed.
