Well got drawn for standby at Gus Engeling for the antlerless hunt. Gonna try and keep it as live as possible. Sort of a warm up for my Chap gun hunt in 2 weeks.

Just had the largest flock of blackbirds descend on my corn that I have ever seen. Pretty sure they wiped me out in minutes. Can’t get video to load but I’ll try later from my computer. Awesome to see but sucks for my corn.

Lone deer crossing on a hilltop about 600 yds away. Moving quick with head down so assuming it was a cruising buck. Only caught a quick glimpse.

How is the pig situation there now, been a few years since I've been but they were bad last I was there. Never been in 4 but 5 that borders it has a good success rate and 2 beside it is always on my list of the 3 compartments request list but they've never put me there.
