Early for antlers to be shedding?

Got this young buck on camera with both antlers gone.

I can’t really tell, but it looks like he might of broken them off. Sometimes buck shed early, because of health or nutrition issues.

They have round white pods when they shed. That looks broken, and a light brown in color.
