    This is my second time making this pork belly, it’s
    Awesome!!!




    I didn’t use the sherry, I used wild turkey honey and honey. Also added additional spices for the size

        Man that looks and sounds great! I just bought 2 today and seasoned them up for bacon. If I had seen this I would cut a chunk off.

                  This looks great. I’m thinking about hosting a bourbon tasting and am trying to come up with suitable heavy apps to serve alongside. I’m wondering if this wouldn’t complement the various bourbons quite well.

                      I smoke whole bellies on a RecTeec all th3e time for bacon...
                      I wonder how this recipe would turn out on the grill vs oven ?
                      What the heck...I’ll try it and report

                        Best one I’ve had is the meat church recipe for smoked pork belly burnt ends. Definitely worth a try

                              Did mine in the oven at 350 for 1 hour
                              250 with honey added at 20 min then add
                              More honey and 10 more min.
