I’ve thought about looking for my biological parents, but never pursued it. I have a mom and dad.

I agree. I found a half-sib I never knew existed when I was 23. I had grandiose ideas of how it would play out. I wasn’t bad, but wasn’t good either. Go into this with no expectations and glean what may be good from it.
