I have 2 friends that have killed a cape buffalo with a recurve bow. Both bows were in the mid 70’s fir draw weight and the arrows were real, real heavy, like 800-1000g heavy.

Here it is two years later and I finally got my buffalo mounted and home.
Allen Palermo did the taxi work.

I think I saw your mount when I was in their shop one day. Absolutely beautiful work. The detail was outstanding, and seeing it in person was something else.
