I think in order to help Mary with gauging the amount of people that would be going, maybe we could set three dates and chime in on a head count for each to give an approximate of how many would go?.? Sometime in March, April, May....

Update:

We've discussed and have decided to postpone until after turkey season. We will re-evaluate when and where at that time. It might get a little toasty in temps, but I have faith that is no problem for our hard core Green Screen crew

Can you not have it on Government land? Say out in Decatur? There is tons of open area to do it on. There are hotels in Decatur that would help them out with bookings. They have trail rides for the horse back crew. Surely you could do something like that right?

Total Archery Challenge is being held @ Natural Bridge Caverns April 16th-18th. Might be a good Pre Nanna fix and its a fun shoot.
