Been busy since games end, but awesome game by the ags! I knew we had a chance after we gave away the Lsu game, and these two games are a prime example of what turnovers do to you.

I am so excited I may go buy a maroon truck tomorrow, lol! I hope we finish strong and follow up next year with another good year and better record. Maybe sec champs... Don't doubt us, you see what can happen. We really are a good team regardless of what haters think.

Everyone in the SEC thinks that the Big 12 are a bunch of punks. The aggies should have beaten both Florida and LSU. Alabama wins last week like a National Champion contender should (overcome adversity in a huge rival game) and win it. They left a lot of emotion on the field last Saturday night and if they think that the other team in maroon is just a punk from the Big 12 then they are in big trouble. If the Aggies get up on Alabama big early in the game( AND i BELIEVE THEY WILL) AND THEY CAN PLAY A FULL 4 QUARTERS for once this season, then they can and will beat Alabama. Anything short of that and I believe the Tide wins a close one. By the way I live and breath State of Texas football and there is No Doubt in my mind that A&M IS THE BEST Texas college team this year!!! Gig Em, HookEm, Guns up, WHATEVER IT TAKES lets root the Aggies to victory no matter who your favorite Texas Team is. Go Frogs!!!
I think this was a pretty spot on prediction! They did get up on them early, they did play 4 quarters and Bama did leave a lot of emotion on the field in Baton Rouge. Texas football aka the Big 12 just proved they are not Punks! Nice Job Aggies! Way to go Longhorns! Awesome job Tech! Good effort Baylor and TCU!

For BoB: too bad Mack Brown recruited Manziel, as a safety. The Ags got a good one in JFF, and looks like we're getting another great receiver to help him out next year.
Great win Ags! Whoop!

Eventually y'all will understand this never happened. Manziel grew up a huge Texas fan, attended Mack Brown Football camps, etc. He wanted to play QB for Texas, but he was never offered...

There's a lady at work who is a huge Alabama fan. She draws silly pictures of the opponent and writes the score every Monday morning on her dry erase board. Can't wait to see what's on there tomorrow.

He's right.....they showed the pics of him at Browns camp on sports center yesterday and said he "wasn't" recruited by the horns.....(really??).....JFF committed to Oregon and then changed his mind, because he wanted to be closer to home!! Sumlin had recruited him while at "Cougar High" and knew he was a game changer!!

I'm so glad Mack saw the likes of Gilbert and "Minnie Me McCoy" to be more of a talent than Johnny Football!!

Why does this matter, and more importantly why detract from a huge win and this thread with it?

Did y'all hear? My Fighting' Texas Aggies beat the defending national champs and (former) number one team in the nation! WHOOP!!!

He is pretty salty and fun to watch. You miss for reasons we don't know. I'm glad he's playing in Texas and not Oregon.

As Michael has stated, the only thing that matters on this thread was the W put up yesterday. The Defense won the game in the end with an interception at the goal line.

Exactly. Texas A&M won the first game in what is destined to be a great series. Don't get sucked into the other.

Here is another link. Not really football related but about two members of Dolittle's Raiders who were honered this weekend at the University. One is a Texas A&M grad and the other from The University. They spoke on Friday about the raid and on Saturday they were in the President's skybox enjoying the game.

A lot of people missed on brees as well for a lot of the same reasons manziel was highly regarded as a college qb prospect. To me, production is production especially when playing 5A texas competition.

Looks like a hell of time!! Would have been awesome to see in person!

Funny to see Ole Bob struggle with the Aggie's success, it is obviously eating at him from the inside out!

Awesome win for us and the future of the program!! Now we all (fans and players) have to remain humble and not get too cocky!!

Whoooooop! Gig em and God bless em!!!

Excellent point....Some seem to be still stuck in "comparison" mode instead of moving on and just enjoying his SEC time and a great win.

Congrats to the Ags on a great win! Johnny Manziel is a ******! The boy can play some football.

I agree. We have two 8-2 teams heading to pretty good bowls. It wasn't long ago we were both out of the post season.

Not an Aggie fan and never in my life have a cheered for them to win a single game.....until last night. I was really pulling for them.

Congrats to the Aggies on a great victory.

Hopefully, the Tide is now out of the National Championship picture - for good.

The Ag is really surprising a lot of folks for sure.

Is the game going to be replayed anytime today? Would love to be able to see it. We were at a cub scout campout and I was cooking from 2-6. My wife found an RV with satelite though and was able to watch
