We stopped and got 3 sandwiches a couple of weeks ago. I thought they were a little expensive until we opened the sack, huge sandwich with tons of meat. I will be back. Got to try the potato next time.Comment

Ashton and I stopped by your nephews trailer Saturday morning on our way to the lease. I did as you suggested and asked for the "Uncle Mark Portion" and the below is what I received. I could have easily made three sandwiches from the one portion of sliced brisket.
You need to stop by and sample this mans smoked meats, you will not be disappointed or hungry when you leave.
